I stopped by their tasting room to sample a few different concepts to find the right fit for an event I was helping put together. While they have a lot to choose from, I decided to sample their 3 top brands - Aioli Gourmet Burgers, Oak Wood Fired Pizzas, and Modern Tortilla. Some of you might remember my previous visit to Aioli Gourmet Burgers, which was a great experience! A fast casual burger spot with some juicy and delicious burgers, each with their own unique aioli sauce. This same fast casual spot is readily available in their food truck concept too, which is always great for any event. Modern Tortilla features a mix of street tacos, burritos, and quesdilla's. I sampled a few of their tacos, each one unique and bursting with flavor. Oak Wood Fired Pizzas is also another unique concept. They bring their own portable wood fired oven and are able to create the perfect wood fire pizzas. The dough itself is excellent and the variety of topping combinations can be kept as simple as a cheese pizza or as complex as their Spicy Mario, which has pepperoni, spicy sausage, mozzarella, ricotta, and Calabrian chilis.

Of course don't forget to ask about having AZ Lemonade Stand as part of your event too. Always the best lemonade in Arizona!
