Thoughtfully Crafted Food

Industry Standard serves up American classics with bold flavors and refined touches. The menu features familiar favorites, but everything is made with a high level of care and quality. Think elevated comfort food with seasonal ingredients, layered textures, and attention to detail.

Start with the Pork Belly, featuring tender and crispy pork belly on a bed of some of the best collard greens I've ever had. Trust me on this, I'm normally not a fan of collard greens due to them being unseasoned and dry most of the time, but the chef here has really outdone himself.  The Mac and Cheese is baked in a creamy three cheese blend for that extra cheesy goodness. The Roast Pork Sandwich was one of my favorites, with sliced roast pork on a Noble hoagie roll, stacked with broccoli rabe, a sun dried tomato aioli, and provolone cheese. It makes for the perfect hearty meal.

Cocktails That Hit the Mark

Their cocktail menu is another major highlight. Expect a lineup of drinks that are both playful and expertly mixed, from house-made infusions to modern takes on classics. The “Participation Trophy” is smooth and balanced, while their Naughty Colady cocktail puts a refreshing twist on your classic piña colada.

They also have a strong beer list and wine selection that pairs perfectly with the menu.

Laid-Back Vibes, Elevated Experience

What really makes Industry Standard special is how it blends upscale flavors with down-to-earth service. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is casual but cool, and the open space with warm lighting makes it just as perfect for catching up with friends as it is for celebrating something special.

They wanted to create a fun space for those who work late during the day to have a place to come and relax with good food and drinks. You'll find this spot open late from anywhere until 12am - 2am on some nights.
