Aioli Burgers

If you are looking for your next favorite burger spot, then Aioli Gourmet Burgers is the place to go. There is just something so satisfying about a good juicy burger with top quality ingredients. Owned by Chopped Champion, Chef Tom D'Ambrosio, is creating unique combinations and big flavors. This spot was also named best burger by the Phoenix News Times from 2017-2021

At Aioli Burgers you will find 10 different burger combinations to choose from. Everything from the classic Aioli Burger, burgers topped with a white truffle aioli, and even a new creation every month - their burger of the month. What makes each of these burgers so unique is they have their own special aioli added to the burger to give it that extra pop of flavor. I always love a good sauce on my burger and typically opt out of the traditional ketchup, so I really enjoy the uniqueness they add to each of their burgers. My favorite burger was the Black and Blue. You have a burger topped with crispy applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, blue cheese, some arugula to cut through those flavors and topped with a black pepper aioli. A very decadent yet delicious burger, with every bite being as great as the first. Now don't worry, if you don't eat burgers,, you can just as easily switch up the patty for chicken or a vegan option, both for just a $3 upcharge.

Of course every good burger needs some great sides. You will find a mix of different fries, fried brussel sprouts, onion rings, fried pickle chips and fried mac and cheese bites. I love a good sweet potato fry and you will find the ones here are great. My favorite side was definitely the mac and cheese bites. Golden and fried on the outside with a gooey delicious mac and cheese on the inside.

Always save room for dessert and grab one of their premium milkshakes. I am pretty basic when it comes to milkshakes, as I always enjoy a classic vanilla shake, but you will find your other classics like chocolate and strawberry, along with a cookies and cream and a shake of the month. Milkshakes always are a great choice regardless of the meal, but these go great with a burger and fries.  If milkshakes are not your thing, definitely grab a jar of lemonade instead. AZ Lemonade Stand, which you have probably seen around town, is another brand by Chef D'Ambrosio and always a classic choice to enjoy with a burger. They sell their 32 oz mason jars, which is a double win because you get to enjoy some quality lemonade and get a new mason jar to add to your collection.
