The Beverly on Main

The Beverly - Two bowls of food on a table with a drink in the background

My first time stopping by The Beverly on Main to check out their menu and enjoy some drinks. There's a lot of great finds here between their drink program and all the different food you will find here. Let's break it down!

To start, there's a nice variety of drinks to find here, each one having its own unique name too. During my visit, I focused on their Signature Cocktails. One of my favorites was the Fire Crotch, a mezcal based drink with a little bit of spice. I normally don't go for spicy drinks, but I love mezcal and this drink had a really nice balance between smokey, spicy and sweetness that I really enjoyed. A few other favorites were the Pinkity Drinkity, The Lifestyle and the Snow Bunny. They also have a cocktail of the month, which during this visit was the Lil Gustnado, featuring Bumbo Rum with lime, agave, strawberry, orange bitters and vanilla bitters. Definitely an unique combination that tasted great. Some of the drinks also come with a little table show, with a garnish being torched to add in some aromas and give the drink another depth of flavor.

Now to balance out all these drinks, food is a must. There's a wide mix of options to choose from between light bites, handhelds, bowls and more. They run a happy hour Monday - Friday from 4pm - 7pm where you can enjoy specials on drinks as well as some specials on some of their food. For light bites and shareables, you will find a lot of great options. The Cornholio, which is sort of like a corn dip, was not only unique but one of my favorite apps. For main meals, you will find salads, wraps, burgers flatbreads and a lot more. It's nice to see the variety of options, which plays well to making sure everyone who visits finds something they will enjoy. My visit was a little more specific, with a focus on their tacos and new bowls. With 5 different taco options, for a $2 upgrade, you can now convert any one of their taco options to a taco bowl. The bowls are loaded with your choice of protein, along with a big portion of rice, black beans, pico and sauces. It's the kind of meal that will leave you full, but not overly stuffed. If you want to go lighter, I would opt in for one of their salad or wrap options. If you are looking for something more hearty, you have burgers, sliders, flatbreads and a few entrees to choose from as well.

Of course we can't forget about dessert! I couldn't find the dessert options online, but when you dine in, you should be able to find the options on the backside of the cocktail of month stand. Had to go with the carrot cake and they even gave us a little show with the sparkler, which was the perfect ending to meal.

The Beverly is a great spot to grab a few drinks and bites with a some friends. They are also open late night and run their kitchen until 1:30pm, so if you are out on the town, you should add this spot to it!
