Ingredients:
- 1 everything bagel, sliced and toasted
- 2-3 oz smoked salmon (lox-style)
- 2 slices of ripe tomato
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
- Handful of micro-greens (or baby arugula/spinach)
For the Garlic Dill Cream Cheese:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened and whipped
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Pepper to taste
